Terms of Service — Trackorax

1. Platform usage rules

Trackorax provides music distribution services to independent artists. By using the platform, you agree to use it lawfully and only to distribute music you have the right to release. Misuse, including uploading infringing or unlawful content, is strictly prohibited.

2. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide truthful artist, release, and payout information.

3. Music ownership confirmation

By uploading a release, you confirm that you own or control all rights (including master and, where required, publishing rights) to the audio, artwork, and metadata you submit, and that distribution does not infringe on any third party rights.

4. Distribution rights

You grant Trackorax a non-exclusive license to deliver your music and associated metadata to streaming platforms and digital service providers (such as Spotify and Apple Music) solely for the purpose of distributing your releases on your behalf.

5. Payout terms

Royalties collected on your behalf are credited to your in-platform wallet after processing by streaming partners. Payout requests are subject to minimum thresholds, identity verification, and processing times defined inside your account. Trackorax may deduct applicable fees from earnings before payout.

6. Account suspension

Trackorax may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent or infringing content, abuse the platform, or attempt to bypass plan restrictions. Suspended accounts may have pending releases withdrawn from distribution.

7. Liability limitations

Trackorax is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackorax is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of royalties caused by third party streaming services.
